Phil is the creative director of onewhale. He loves the power of a good story, and tells a few good ones himself. He has spent the last 15 communicating to people all over the world using cartoons, animation and short videos. He has worked for the Channel 9 TV show "Burgo's Catch Phrase", as well as bringing 'Sharky' to life for for Underwater Adventures Aquarium in Minneapolis, USA.

Phil is now specialising in YouTube marketing as well as continuing to work with Aquariums.

Matt worked for over five years at DisneyToon Studios in Sydney, in roles including Senior Cleanup Artist and Cleanup Instructor. He's worked on 9 Disney animated movies. To quote Ian Harrowell (director of animation), "everyone at Disney wanted Matt to draw for them!". Since the Sydney studio closed its doors in 2006, Matt has been working as a freelance artist from home, and enjoys the much shorter commute every day.

After studying the fine arts, Leigh settled down quickly into a career of freelance illustration & design. She has been professionally illustrating for 7 years. More recently, she keeps herself busy chasing after her very own real-life animated character, James. And while he sleeps, she draws!
